I had a fantastic stay at The Amauris Vienna with its unbeatable location right on the Ringstrasse and directly across from the Vienna Opera. My room was spacious, clean, and featured all the amenities I could ask for, which made for a comfortable experience overall. However, I found the limited dining options a bit disappointing and encountered some issues with communication from the front desk regarding concierge services. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere made my visit nice.

Rooms
9.0
My room was indeed spacious and clean, though the bathroom was a bit boxy, lacking a bath. I had a small issue with the lighting that kept me from getting the room completely dark at night, but I was assured it would be fixed soon.
Service
8.0
The service was generally friendly and welcoming. Ms. Iva at the front desk was particularly really good, helping me check in early and making my arrival smooth. I did, however, experience some lapses in communication regarding concierge services, which could be improved.
Location

The location of The Amauris couldn't be better, with easy access to Vienna's main attractions and public transport options just steps away. I loved being able to walk easily to cultural sites and lovely cafés nearby.
Dining
7.0
While the dining options were not extensive, the food I had was enjoyable, though I would have preferred a larger menu selection to choose from. I found the prices a bit high for the limited choices available.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were adequate, with a well-equipped gym and spa area, but I wished the pool and sauna had extended hours for more accessibility during my stay.

My stay at The Amauris Vienna was largely enjoyable due to its excellent location and beautiful décor. The room was elegant and spacious, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. However, I found the service at breakfast to be rushed and occasionally inattentive, which detracted from the overall experience. I hoped for more consistency in the dining options, especially for a place associated with such a prestigious label. Overall, I had a nice stay, but some areas need improvement.

My room was elegant with high ceilings and luxurious Aqua di Parma products, providing a sophisticated escape. The soundproofing was amazing, ensuring a peaceful night despite being in the heart of the city.

Although staff were friendly, some were overly eager during breakfast, which interrupted my dining experience. It would have been nice to have a more relaxed pace.

The location couldn't have been better, making it easy to explore the vibrant culture around Vienna. However, the organization at the front desk could use improvement, especially regarding concierge services.
